سمیرا پرورش خواه شهروند گیلک اهل بندر انزلی در تاریخ ۱۹ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ در شهر رشت توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شده است.
به گفته یک منبع مطلع سمیرا پرورش خواه پس از دو روز بازداشت آزاد شده اما در زمان بازگشت به خانه آثار کبودی گسترده در سراسر بدن او مشهود بوده است. این منبع می گوید ساعاتی پس از آزادی وضعیت جسمی او با تهوع شدید وخیم شده و خانواده در تلاش برای انتقال وی به بیمارستان بندر انزلی بوده اند که او در مسیر جان خود را از دست داده است.
