در تشریح وضعیت احمدرضا حائری لازم به اشاره است، وی در تاریخ ۶ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران، در منزل خود در تهران، بازداشت و جهت بازجوئی و تشکیل پرونده ابتدا به سلول انفرادی در بند۲الف و سپس اندرزگاه ۴ زندان اوین منتقل و در تاریخ ۱۲ مردادماه ۱۴۰۱، با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۱ میلیارد تومان آزاد شد اما در تاریخ ۲۰ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط بازپرس شعبه ۳دادسرای زندان اوین تفهیم اتهام شد و کیفرخواست وی به دادگاه انقلاب تهران ارجاع شد و با آغاز مراحل دادرسی، این فعال مدنی، در تاریخ ۱۱ مردادماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست ایمان افشاری با اتهامات(اجتماع و تبانی)و(فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) محاکمه و در تاریخ ۹ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۱، در مجموع به تحمل ۴سال و ۴ ماه حبس تعزیری و مجازات تکمیلی محکوم و پس از اتمام مراحل دادرسی و قطعی شدن این حکم توسط شعبه ۳۶ دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران و اعمال ماده ۱۳۴ مجازات اسلامی، تحمل ۳ سال و ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری برای احمدرضا حائری لازم به اجرا شد و احمدرضا حائری، در تاریخ ۱۹ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۲، پس از احضار به شعبه ۱ اجرای احکام دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، برای سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری خود بازداشت و به اندرزگاه ۴(بند قرنطینه) زندان اوین منتقل گردید اما در تاریخ ۱۲ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، بدون اعلام قبلی در اقدامی ناگهانی به همراه ۱۴ زندانی سیاسی دیگر به زندان قزلحصار کرج، منتقل شد.
