به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران در ۱۵بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲،به نقل از کانون صنفی معلمان ایران، طی روزهای اخیر، روح اله گره گشا، از فرهنگیان و فعالان صنفی معلمان، ساکن شهرستان نورآباد از توابع ممسنی در استان فارس، برای تفهیم اتهام، به شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب آن شهرستان، احضار شد.
این فعال صنفی فرهنگیان ممسنی، در مضان اتهام اجتماع و تبانی و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام قرار گرفته و باید در زمان تعیین شده جهت ارائه دفاعیات آخر خود به شعبه ۲ دادگاه انقلاب ممسنی، مراجعه کند.
لازم به اشاره است، روح اله گره گشا، در تاریخ۲۰ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، چندی بعد با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
