بر اساس گزارش رسیده به سازمان حقوق بشری هەنگاو، جمعه ۱۲ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴، امیرحسین بیاتی، متأهل و اهل همدان توسط نیروهای حکومتی کشته شد. پیکر وی به بیمارستان بعثت همدان منتقل شده و به گفته منابع آگاه، گوشی و موبایل شماری از اعضای خانواده وی توسط نهادهای حکومتی ضبط شده است.
به گفته ی منابع آگاه، نهادهای مربوطه از تحویل جسد امیرحسین بیاتی به خانواده او خودداری کرده اند و خانواده اش را جهت اعلام فرزندشان بعنوان نیروی بسیج تحت فشار قرار داده اند.
