اسماعیل شفیعی ۵۷ ساله و شهروند گیلک اهل روستای لیشاوندان از توابع شفت در تاریخ ۱۸ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ در محدوده یخ سازی شهر رشت با شلیک مستقیم نیروهای حکومت جمهوری اسلامی ایران کشته شد.
بر اساس اطلاعات دریافتی اسماعیل شفیعی پدر سه فرزند بوده است.
