به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز یکشنبه ۹ مهرماه ۱۴۰۲، سارا جهانی و زهره دادرس، دو تن از فعالان مدنی، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان لاکان رشت، با تودیع قرار وثیقه تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی، آزاد شدند.
به نقل از یک فرد نزیدک به خانواده سارا جهانی در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”برای آزادی خان دادرسی و جهانی ۲ فقره وثیقه به مبلغ ۵۰۰ میلیون تومان تودیع شده است.”
همچنین، اتهام تفهیم شده به سارا جهانی و زهره دادرسی در مرحله بازپرسی(فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) عنوان شده است.
لازم به اشاره است، سارا جهانی و زهره دادرس، در تاریخ ۲۵مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، در پی یورش های گستده ماموران اداره کل اطلاعات استان گیلان به منازل فعالان مدنی، پس از تفتیش منزل و توقیف برخی لوازم الکترونیکی شخصی آنها، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و سپس بازپرسی در دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب استان گیلان، به بند عمومی در زندان لاکان رشت منتقل شده بودند.
