به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کُردپا، روز چهارشنبه ۵ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، پژمان سلطانی ـ متولد: ۱۳۷۲، علیرغم گذشت بییش از ۵ ماه از تاریخ دستگیری در بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات ارومیه مرکز استان آذربایجان غربی در بلاتکلیفی بسر می برد.
در این گزارش، به نقل از یک فرد مطلع عنوان شده که این متهم، از روز بازداشت تا به امروز برای دسترسی به وکیل و سایر حقوق شهروندیش با محرومت مواجه هست و تداوم این شرایط منجر به افزایش نگرانی خانواده اش شده است. پژمان سلطانی در تاریخ ۲۶ فروردین ماه ۱۴۰۲، پس از یورش ماموران وزارت اطلاعات به منزل اش، بازداشت و برای بازجویی و تشکیل پرونده به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی منتقل شده است.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران ۲۳ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۳ وی به اتهام «قتل عمد» از سوی قاضی شعبه یک دادگاه کیفری ویژه نوجوانان استان آذربایجان غربی، به اعدام محکوم شد.
