Mehrdad Sadeghi, 17, was targeted by fire from Basij forces of the Islamic Republic during protests in Isfahan. He was shot in the side, and his body was taken away by the Basij forces. Mehrdad Sadeghis body was handed over to his family for burial on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
