سال۱۳۹۴بازداشت شد به مدت ۱۰الی۱۲ماه درسلول های انفرادی بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات مشهد نگهداری شد. اکنون در زندان وکیل آباد مشهد دربازداشت به سر می برد بابت اتهام«بغی»ازطریق عضویت درگروه سلفی حزب الفرقان وعضویت درجبهه همبستگی ملی اهل سنت ایران به اعدام محکوم شد
