On April 29, 2024, he was arrested in Isfahan and transferred to Dolatabad Prison in the city. For this reason, she began a hunger strike on Azar 3. Following this protest action, the prison authorities transferred her to a solitary confinement cell in the prison and cut off her contact with her family. She remained in the solitary cell until 8th Azar 1404 29th November 2025 , and was then transferred back to the ward. Ms. Kamali currently does not have a suitable physical condition due to her toxic thyroid disease."
