Comment: MohammadJavad Heidari, 32 years old, was killed at around 9:30 p.m. on 9 January 2026 on Pasdaran Boulevard in Masjed Soleyman while helping an injured protester, after being shot with live ammunition by the Islamic Republic regime’s security forces.
After killing him, the Islamic Republic falsely labeled him a “martyr” and a Basij member. His body was buried under heavy security measures at 4:00 a.m. on 15 January 2026 at Behesht-e Zahra Cemetery in Chaharbisheh, Masjed Soleyman.
