خانواده این کودک از زمان بازداشت وی به طور مکرر برای اطلاع از وضعیت او به نهادهای حکومتی مراجعه کرده اند اما هیچ پاسخی دریافت نکردند تا اینکه پس از گذشت ۲۰ روز پیکر او را در پزشکی قانونی شاهین شهر شناسایی کردند. پیکر این جانباختە روز جمعە ١٠ بهمن ١٤٠٤ در زادگاهش دهستان چغاخور به خاک سپرده شد.
