به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز سه شنبه ۲۸ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، سالارطاهرافشار، فعال ملی مدنی، ساکن شهر ارومیه مرکز استان آذربایجان غربی، توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات ارومیه، بازداشت و به شهر تبریز، منتقل شد. این فعال ملی مدنی، پیش از این هم به دفعات توسط نهادهای امنیتی در ارومیه بازداشت و با پرونده سازی قضایی مواجه شده بود.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”بازداشت سالار طاهرافشار، با حکم نیابت قضایی صورت گرفته و ماموران هنگام بازداشت این فعال ملی مدنی، وارد منزل وی شده و پس از تفتیش برخی لوازم شخصی از قبیل گوشی تفلن همراه وی را نیز توقیف کرد و در نهایت وی را برای بازجویی به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان آذربایجان شرقی در شهر تبریز، منتل کردند.”
لازم به ذکر است، سالار طاهرافشار، اواسط دی ماه ۱۳۹۹، توسط شعبه ۲ دادگاه این شهرستان به ریاست قاضی علی شیخلو از بابت اتهامات عضویت در گروه ها و دسته جات با هدف برهم زدن امنیت کشور و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام در مجموع به تحمل ۴ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد. این حکم در دادگاه تجدیدنظر به ۱ سال حبس تعزیری تقلیل پیدا کرده بود.
این فعال ملی مدنی، در تاریخ ۳ دی ماه ۱۳۹۹ هم از بابت پرونده دیگر مرتبط با بازداشت این فعال ملی مدنی در مهر ماه ۱۳۹۹، توسط شعبه ۸ بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب ارومیه، به ریاست بازپرس محمدرضا غنی زاده، پس از رسیدگی به پرونده در مرحله بازپرسی به همراه چند تن دیگر از فعالان ملی مدنی، قرار تعلیق تعقیب قضائی برای مدت ۱۰ ماه را دریافت کردند.
این شهروند ساکن ارومیه، همچنین در تاریخ ۱۰ مهر ماه ۱۳۹۹، در جریان تجمعات اعتراضی که در حمایت از عملیات نظامی جمهوری آذربایجان برای باز پس گیری قره باغ برگزار کرده بودند توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات ارومیه احضار و بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه و طی مراحل بازجوئی در تاریخ ۱۱ مهر ماه ۱۳۹۹، هر یک با تودیع قرار وثیقه و کفالت آزاد شدند.
