به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران در روز دوشنبه ۲۰ مردادماه ۱۴۰۴، طی روزهای اخیر، یاشار قضایی، زندانی سیاسی از دستگیر شدگان اعتراضات سراسری آبان ۱۳۹۸، پس از اتمام دوران حبس تعزیری رای باز خود آزاد شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”یاشار قضایی، پس از تمام دوران حبس رای از خود، آزا شده است.”
لازم به ذکر است، یاشار قضایی، در مراحل دادرسی، توسط قاضی ایمان افشاری ـ رئیس شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، محاکمه و در سال ۱۳۹۹، از بابت اتهام «اجتماع و تبانی» به تحمل۴ سال حبس تعزیری و از بابت اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» هم به تحمل ۶ ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود.
پس از اعتراض و ارجاع پرونده یاشار قضایی به شعبه دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران، میزان حبس تعزیری لازم به اجرای این شهروند به ۳ سال و ۶ ماه، کاهش پیدا کرده بود.
