بر اساس گزارش رسیده به سازمان حقوق بشری هه نگاو، روز دوشنبه ٢٨ فروردین ۱۴۰۲ رزگار بیگ زاده بابامیری، ٢۴ ساله (متولد: ۱۳۶۰) اهل بوکان توسط نیروهای اداره اطلاعات مورد ربایش قرار گرفت.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کُردپا، امروز چهارشنبه ۵ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲علیرغم گذشت بییش از ۵ ماه از تاریخ دستگیری در بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات ارومیه مرکز استان آذربایجان غربی در بلاتکلیفی بسر می برد.
در این گزارش، به نقل از یک فرد مطلع عنوان شده که این متهم، از روز بازداشت تا به امروز برای دسترسی به وکیل و سایر حقوق شهروندیش با محرومیت مواجه است و تداوم این شرایط منجر به افزایش نگرانی خانواده اش شده است.
