به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز دوشنبه ۲۷ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۳، محمدباقر بختیار، فعال سیاسی، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در اندرزگاه ۴ سالن ۳ زندان اوین، پس از محکومیت به تحمل ۲ سال و ۶ ماه حبس، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
علیرضا بختیار، فرزند این فعال سیاسی، با انتشار متنی در صفحه شخصی خود تشریح کرد:”محمدباقر بختیار تا آخر تعهد نیروهای امنیتی برای آزادی را امضا نکردند. از این رو، بعد از فرستاده شدن پرونده ایشان به شعبه ۲۳ دادگاه انقلاب، به ۲ سال و ۶ ماه زندان که شامل ۶ ماه حبس تعزیری و ۲ سال حبس تعلیقی است، محکوم شد.”
فرزند محمدباقر بختیار در ادامه افزود:”گرچه آسیب های جسمانی متعددی به ایشان وارد شده است، اما روحیه ای بسیار قوی دارند.”
لازم به ذکر است، محمدباقر بختیار، در تاریخ ۲۵ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط ماموران امنیتی در تهران، دستگیر و برای بازجویی و تشکیل پرونده قضایی به بند ۲ الف اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران واقع در زندان اوین، منتقل و پس از اتمام بازجویی ها تفهیم اتهام، در تاریخ ۲ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۳، به اندرزگاه ۴ بندقرنطینه سالن ۳ زندان اوین منتقل شده بود.
محمدباقر بختیار، از جانبازان، جنگ ۸ ساله ایران و عراق و از اعضای پیشین سپاه پاسداران، است.
