به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز پنجشنبه ۲ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۳، محمدباقر بختیار، متهم سیاسی، ساکن تهران، در حالی پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها در بند ۲ الف اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران و تفهیم اتهام، به اندرزگاه ۴ بندقرنطینه سالن ۳ زندان اوین منتقل شده که تلاش خانواده وی برای رساندن داروهای مرتبط با بیماری وی بی ثمر بوده است.
علیرضا بختیار، فرزند این متهم سیاسی با انتشار متنی در صفحه شخصی خود، با اعلام این خبر تشریح کرد:”پس از اتمام دور اول بازجویی ها توسط اطلاعات سپاه، محمد باقر بختیار، به سالن ۳، اندرزگاه ۴ زندان اوین در کنار آقایان ابوالفضل قدیانی، مصطفی تاجزاده، بهشتی شیرازی، قربان بهزادیان نژاد و دیگر عزیزان قرار گرفته ا ند. آقای قدیانی، پدرم را به درمانگاه زندان برده ا ند. هنوز در حال تلاش برای رساندن دارو های پدرم به زندان هستیم.”
لازم به ذکر است، محمدباقر بختیار، در تاریخ ۲۵ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط ماموران امنیتی در تهران، دستگیر و برای بازجویی و تشکیل پرونده قضایی به بند ۲ الف اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران واقع در زندان اوین، منتقل شده بود.
محمدباقر بختیار، از جانبازان، جنگ ۸ ساله ایران و عراق و از اعضای پیشین سپاه پاسداران، است.
