به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از میزان، سحرگاه چهارشنبه ۱۰ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۴، محسن لنگرنشین، زندانی امنیتی، متهم به «جاسوسی برای اسرائیل» و محبوس در زندان قزلحصار کرج، اعدام شد.
براساس این گزارش، اتهامات محسن لنگرنشین «جاسوسی برای موساد»، «محاربه»، «افساد فی الارض» و «پشتیان عملیاتی و فنی ترور حسن صیاد خدایی از نیورهای وابسته به سپاه قدس» عنوان شده است.
همچنین، در ادامه این گزارش، ادعا شده که محسن لنگرنشین، از مهر ماه ۱۳۹۹۷ با سازمان جاسوسی اسرائیل ـ موساد، در ارتباط بوده است.
محسن لنگرنشین، در خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط نیروهای وزارت اطلاعات، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بند امنیتی ۲۰۹ آن نهاد امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام در شعبه بازپرسی دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، توسط قاضی ابوالقاسم صلواتی ـ رئیس شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، محاکمه و از بابت اتهامات «جاسوسی برای موساد»، «محاربه»، «افساد فی الارض» و «پشتیان عملیاتی و فنی ترور حسن صیاد خدایی از نیورهای وابسته به سپاه قدس» به اعدام محکوم شده بود.
حکم اعدام صادره بر علیه محسن لنگرنشین، توسط قضات شعبه دیوان عالی کشور، عینا تائید و پرونده وی به شعبه اجرای احکام دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، ارجاع شده بود.
According to Human Rights in Iran, citing Mizan News Agency, in the early hours of Wednesday, April 30, 2025 10 Ordibehesht 1404 , Mohsen LangarNeshin, a securityrelated prisoner accused of “espionage for Israel” and held in Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj, was executed.
According to the report, the charges against Mohsen LangarNeshin included “espionage for Mossad,” “enmity against God moharebeh ,” “corruption on Earth efsad felarz ,” and “operational and technical support for the assassination of Hassan Sayyad Khodaei, a member of the Quds Force.”
The report further claimed that Mohsen LangarNeshin had been in contact with the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad since October 2018 Mehr 1397 .
He was arrested in June 2023 Khordad 1402 by the Ministry of Intelligence and transferred to Ward 209 of the ministry for interrogation. After the charges were formally presented at the investigation branch of District 33 Prosecutors Office in Tehran, he was tried by Judge Abolghasem Salavati, head of Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran. He was sentenced to death on charges of “espionage for Mossad,” “enmity against God,” “corruption on Earth,” and “operational and technical support for the assassination of Hassan Sayyad Khodaei, affiliated with the Quds Force.”
The death sentence against Mohsen LangarNeshin was upheld in its entirety by judges of the Supreme Court, and his case was subsequently referred to the Sentences Enforcement Branch of the District 33 Prosecutors Office in Tehran.
