زندانی سیاسی فارس عموری رماحی در سال ۱۳۹۷ بازداشت شده است. وی در پرونده ای است که در آن ۶زندانی سیاسی دیگر به نام های علی مجدم، معین خنفری، سید سالم موسوی، حبیب دریس، محمدرضا مقدم و سید عدنان موسوس به اعدام محکوم شده اند. این حکم در روز ۲۴بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۱ در شعبه ۴ دادگاه انقلاب اهواز صادر شده است.
زندانی سیاسی فارس عموری رماحی در این دادگاه به ۳۵سال زندان محکوم شده است.
این زندانی که هیچ عکسی از او منتشر نشده است بیماری کیست مویی دارد و بدنش عفونت کرده و برای تخلیه این کیست باید عمل شود و حدود ۱۰کیلو وزن کم کرده اما از رسیدگی پزشکی و اعزام به بیمارستان خارج از زندان محروم است.
به گزارش هرانا، این زندانی سیاسی نه تنها به مراکز درمانی اعزام نمی شود، بلکه در داخل زندان هم از رسیدگی تخصصی پزشکی محروم است.

He is part of a case in which six other political prisoners—Ali Mojadam, Moein Khanfari, Seyed Salem Mousavi, Habib Dris, Mohammad Reza Moghadam, and Seyed Adnan Mousavi—have been sentenced to death. This verdict was issued on February 13, 2023, by Branch 4 of the Ahvaz Revolutionary Court.
