چهارشنیه ۶ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۳، محمدحسن عمیدی، متولد: ۱۳۴۰، ساکن شهرری از توابع استان تهران، علیرغم گذشت بیش از ۹ روز از تاریخ بازداشت موقت، از حقوق اولیه یک متهم محروم و در زندان اوین بسر می برد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”علیرغم تداوم بازجویی ها از محمدحسن عمیدی در بند ۲۰۹ زندان اوین، این متهم سیاسی از حق دسترسی به وکیل محروم مانده و علت این مساله تداوم بازجویی ها از وی ذکر شده است.”
لازم به اشاره است، محمدحسن عمیدی، در تاریخ ۲۹ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، دستگیر و پس از توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی اش برای بازجویی و تسکیل پرونده قضایی به بند ۲۰۹ وزارت اطلاعات واقع در زندان اوین، منتقل شد.
