به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز سه شنبه ۲ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲، ستاره طعامی، شهروند بهایی محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان مرکزی(عادل آباد) شیراز مرکز استان فارس، پس از تفهیم اتهام با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”خانم طعامی، پس از تحمل ۲۹ روز بازداشت و بازجویی های فشرده با تودیع قرار وثیقه تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی از زندان عادل آباد شیراز آزاد شد.”
لازم به اشاره است، ستاره طعامی، در تاریخ ۴ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران امنیتی در شهر شیراز، بازداشت و پس از تفتیش منزل و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی برای تشکیل پرونده به بازداشتگاه پلاک ۱۰۰ اداره اطلاعات شیراز منتقل و پس از سپری کردن دوران بازجویی ها و بازپرسی در نهایت به زندان عادل آباد شیراز منتقل شده بود.
