به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از امتداد، در روزشنبه ۲۷ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۳، محسن قشقایی زاده، فعال مدنی، علیرغم گذشت مدتی از تاریخ دستگیری با وضعیت بلاتکلیف در بازداشت موقت بسر می برد.
این فعال مدنی، در تاریخ ۲۵ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، در تهران، به علت «حضور در تجمع اعتراضی علیه حصر رهبران جنبش سبز»، بازداشت شد و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد.
لازم به ذکر است، اکبر قشقایی زاده، پیشتر هم در جریان اعتراضات سراسری موسوم به «جنبش سبز» توسط نیروهای امنیتی ـ انتظامی، دستگیر شده بود.
تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر، از مکان نگهداری، روند قضایی پرونده و از وضعیت محسن قشقایی زاده، اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
