The final sentences for Zeynab Hezbapour and Nahid Jamei total 27 years of imprisonment. Meanwhile, Saud Jamei, Zeynab Hezbapour Hezbeh's husband, was sentenced by the First Branch of the Ahvaz Revolutionary Court to two death sentences and one year in prison for "corruption on earth," "membership in the People's Mojahedin Organization," "assembly and collusion to overthrow," and "propaganda against the regime." His sentence has also been confirmed by the Supreme Court.
Masoud Jamei was sentenced to death, while on July 23, 2023, Malek Hosseini, the prosecutor of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, announced the arrest of four citizens in that province for "membership and cooperation with the People's Mojahedin Organization" and carrying out "disruptive operations," without mentioning their names.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، طی روزهای اخیر، زینب حزباپور حزبه به همراه فرزندش ناهید جامعی باوی ـ ۲۶ ساله، دو شهروند ساکن شهر اهواز مرکز استان خوزستان، برای سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری ۱۵ و ۱۲ ساله خود بازداشت و به زندان سپیدار اهواز منتقل شدند.
کریم دحیمی، فعال حقوق بشر، ضمن ارسال این خبر در تشریح آن به گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران گفت:”زینب حزباپور حزبه به همراه فرزندش ناهید جامعی باوی ، چند روز قبل برای تحمل دوران حبس تعزیری خود بازداشت و به زندان سپیدار اهواز منتقل شدند و در حال تحمل دوران حبس تعزیری ۱۵ و ۱۲ ساله خود هستند.”
لازم به ذکر است، زینب حزباپور هزباپور و ناهید جامعی، پیشتر توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب اهواز، محاکمه و از بابت اتهام «عضویت در گروه و دسته به فصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور ـ گروه باغى» به ترتیب به تحمل ۱۵ و ۱۲ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شدند.
محکومیت قطعی زینب حزباپور و ناهید جامعی در مجموع به ۲۷ سال حبس تعزیری در حالی صورت گرفته که سعود جامعی ـ همسر زینب حزباپور حزبه هم توسط قاضی شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب اهواز، از بابت اتهامات «افساد فی الأرض»، «عضویت در سازمان مجاهدین خلق»، «اجتماع و تبانی به قصد براندازی» و «تبلیغ علیه نظام» توسط شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب اهواز به دو مرتبه اعدام و ۱ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد و حکم وی در شعبه دیوان عالی کشور هم تائید شده است.
در حالی مسعود جامعی به اعدام محکوم شده که در تاریخ ۱ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، ملک حسینی ـ دادستان مرکز استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، بدون اشاره به اسامی این افراد از بازداشت ۴نفر از شهروندان در آن استان به اتهام «عضویت و همکاری با سازمان مجاهدین خلق» و انجام «عملیات ایذایی»، خبر داده بود.
