به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز چهارشنبه ۲۲ شهریورماه ۱۴۰۲، کاوه امیری، متولد: ۱۳۶۳، ساکن شهرستان شهریار از توابع استان تهران، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان اوین، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
یک منبع مطلع ضمن اعلام این خبر به گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران گفت:”اتهام تفهیم شده به آقای امیری، تبلیغ علیه نظام از طریق انتشار مطالب در فضای مجازی عنوان و میزان وثیقه تودیعی برای آزادی موقت وی ۲۵۰ میلیون تومان بوده است.”
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، طی روزهای اخیر، کاوه امیری، ساکن شهرستان شهریار از توابع استان تهران، توسط قاضی عباسعلی حوزان و خسرو خلیلی مهدریجی ـ مستشار شعبه ۳۶ دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران، به تحمل ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
براساس دادنامه صادره توسط قضات شعبه ۳۶ دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران، اتهام منتسب شده به کاوه امیری فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام عنوان شده است.
لازم به اشاره است، کاوه امیری، در تاریخ ۱۹ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، به پلیس امنیت شهرستان شهریار واقع در فاز۴ شهرک اندیشه، احضار و پس از بازداشت، در تاریخ ۲۰ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲ به شعبه ۱۰ بازپرسی در دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، منتقل و پس از تفهیم اتهام با صدور قرار وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۲۵۰ میلیون تومان، تا زمان تامین وثیقه به اندرزگاه ۴ زندان اوین، منتقل شده بود.

It is worth mentioning that Kaveh Amiri was summoned on September 10, 2023, to the Security Police of Shahriar County located in Phase 4 of Andisheh Town. After being arrested, he was transferred on September 11, 2023, to Branch 10 of the Prosecutor's Office in District 33 of Tehran. After being charged, he was moved to Ward 4 of Evin Prison until the bail amount of 2.5 billion rials was secured.
