به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز چهارشنبه ۹ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۲، کوروش گراوند، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه از زندان مرکزی استان ایلام آزاد شد.
براساس این گزارش، آزادی کوروش گراوند با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۵ میلیارد تومان و تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی صورت گرفته است.
همچنین، اتهامات تفهیم شده به کوروش گراوند در مرحله بازپرسی اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور ، فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام و تخریب اموال عمومی عنوان شده است.
لازم به اشاره است، کوروش گراوند، در تاریخ ۱۵ دی ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران امنیتی در منزل پدر خود، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی استان ایلام و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، به زندان مرکزی ایلام منتقل شده بود.
این شهروند ساکن استان ایلام، پیشتر هم در جریان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه و طی مراحل بازجویی ها آزاد شده بود.
