به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کولبرنیوز، روز پنج شنبه ۶ مهرماه ۱۴۰۲، برزان عظیمی و فواد حسینی، شهروندان اهل و ساکن سروآباد از توابع شهرستان مریوان در استان کردستان، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شدند.
این افراد، پس از بازداشت برای تشکیل پرونده قضایی به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی در استان کردستان، منتقل شدند اما از مکان دقیق نگهداری آنها اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
همچنین، از نام نهاد امنیتی دستگیر کننده و از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات منتسب شده به برزان عظیمی و فواد حسینی، اطلاعی حاصل نشده است
