Aref Arbabi, 35 years old, son of Abdolghafour, known as Sardar Gorgij, is married with four children and resides in the Shirabad area of Zahedan.
Hal Vash sources had previously reported on his arrest, stating that on the morning of June 20, military forces raided a home in the Shirabad area of Zahedan and arrested a citizen without presenting a judicial warrant, transferring him to an unknown location.

«عارف اربابی» ۳۵ ساله فرزند عبدالغفور معروف به سردار گرگیج متاهل و دارای چهار فرزند و اهل و ساکن منطقه شیرآباد زاهدان توسط حال وش احراز شده است.
منابع حال وش در خصوص بازداشت وی گفته بودند: «صبح روز گذشته پنج شنبه۳۱ خرداد ماه نیروهای نظامی با یورش به منزلی در منطقه شیرآباد زاهدان یک شهروند را بدون ارائه حکم قضایی بازداشت کرده و به مکانی نامعلوم منتقل کردند.»
گفتنی است «عارف اربابی» یکی از بازداشتیان روز جمعه خونین زاهدان در روز های ۸ و ۹ مهرماه ۱۴۰۱، است که پس از چندین ماه بازداشت و شکنجه آزاد شده بود که برای دومین بار در ۳۱ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، بازداشت شده بود.
