روز شنبه ٤ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۴ حسام قنبرنژاد ۲۹ ساله نقاش ساختمان شهروند گیلک و ساکن بندر انزلی در جریان اعتراضات مردمی در این شهر توسط نیروهای حکومتی با خشونت بازداشت شد. بر اساس گزارش ها پس از بازداشت خانواده این شهروند از سوی نهادهای امنیتی تهدید شده اند که از اطلاع رسانی درباره وضعیت او خودداری کنند و تاکنون اجازه ملاقات با وی داده نشده است.

According to reports, following his arrest, his family has been threatened by security agencies to refrain from publicizing his situation, and they have so far been denied permission to visit him.
