Reports indicate that Kheirollah Hagjouyan was detained at the "Patagh" checkpoint on the Sarpol-e Zahab to Kermanshah road. It has also been reported that Kheirollah Hagjouyan, along with several other citizens following the Yarsan faith, has been released.
This member of the Advisory Council of Yarsan Civil Activists was detained while returning from Qasr-e Shirin to Kermanshah after meeting with Siavash Hayati, the spokesperson for the Advisory Council of Civil Activists and the secretary of the United Kurdish Front. Siavash Hayati had been on leave from serving his prison sentence at Dizelabad Prison and had previously been detained and transferred to prison to serve his sentence.
It has also been reported that Kheirollah Hagjouyan, a member of the Advisory Council of Yarsan Civil Activists, was released from Dizelabad Prison in Kermanshah after serving his sentence. This release occurred while he was on a protest hunger strike.
Previously, Kheirollah Hagjouyan had been detained to serve his discretionary prison sentence and transferred to Dizelabad Prison in Kermanshah. He had been tried by the Revolutionary Court of Sahneh County and sentenced to both suspended and discretionary imprisonment. The court session addressing his charges was held at the Revolutionary Court of Sahneh County.
In the past, Kheirollah Hagjouyan was summoned to the investigation branch of the Sahneh County Prosecutor's Office, charged, detained, and transferred to the detention centre of the county's Intelligence Office. After undergoing interrogation and being charged, he was transferred to Dizelabad Prison in Kermanshah Province with bail and was released upon posting bail.
بر اساس گزارش ها، خیرالله حق جویان در نقطه ایست و بازرسی "پاتاق" در جاده سرپل ذهاب به کرمانشاه بازداشت شد. همچنین گزارش شده است که خیرالله حق جویان به همراه چند شهروند دیگر پیرو آئین یارسان آزاد شده اند.
این عضو مجمع مشورتی فعالان مدنی یارسان پس از دیدار با سیاوش حیاتی، سخنگوی مجمع مشورتی فعالان مدنی و دبیر جبهه متحد کرد، حین بازگشت از قصرشیرین به سمت کرمانشاه بازداشت شد. سیاوش حیاتی در میانه سپری کردن دوره حبس خود از زندان دیزل آباد به مرخصی اعزام شده بود و پیش تر جهت اجرای حکم بازداشت و به زندان منتقل شده بود.
همچنین گزارش شده است که خیرالله حق جویان، از اعضای مجمع مشورتی فعالان مدنی آئین یارسان، پس از سپری کردن حبس خود از زندان دیزل آباد کرمانشاه آزاد شد. این آزادی در حالی صورت گرفت که او در اعتصاب غذای اعتراضی به سر می برد.
خیرالله حق جویان پیش تر برای سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری خود بازداشت و به زندان دیزل آباد کرمانشاه منتقل شده بود. او توسط دادگاه انقلاب شهرستان صحنه محاکمه و به تحمل حبس تعلیقی و تعزیری محکوم شده بود. جلسه دادگاه رسیدگی به اتهامات او در دادگاه انقلاب شهرستان صحنه برگزار شده بود.
خیرالله حق جویان در گذشته پس از احضار به شعبه بازپرسی دادسرای شهرستان صحنه و تفهیم اتهام بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات این شهرستان و طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام با صدور وثیقه به زندان دیزل آباد استان کرمانشاه منتقل و با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شده بود.
