به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز یکشنبه ۶ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۲، فرهاد حافظی سمنانی آزرم ، فرزند: کامران، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در اندرزگاه ۴ بند قرنطینه زندان اوین، در حال سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری ۵ ساله خود به اتهام اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور است.
فرهاد حافظی سمنانی آزرم ، در جریان اعتراضات سراسری۱۴۰۱، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهر تهران، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه امنیتی وزارت اطلاعات موسوم به بند ۲۰۹ و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام در شعبه بازپرسی دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، در حالی که از حق دسترسی به وکیل و سایر حقوق شهروندی خود بعنوان یک متهم محروم شده بود به اندرزگاه ۴ زندان اوین، منتقل شد.
