In recent days, Vahid Sarkh Gol, Mahboubeh Rezaei, Ali Asghar Hasani Rad, Meysam Gholami, and Vahid Ghadirzadeh, constitutionalist political activists, have been detained and left in uncertainty in the public wards of Evin Prison. The Revolutionary Guards' intelligence unit, acting as the security authority for the case, has extended the detention orders for each of these individuals for another month under the pretext of conducting further investigations. Some of them, including Vahid Sarkh Gol, who was transferred from Kermanshah to Tehran, are deprived of the right to telephone contact with their families, and other defendants in this case are also left in limbo and deprived of the basic rights of a defendant.
Samaneh Norouzmoradi, Mahboubeh Rezaei, Ali Asghar Hasani Rad, Meysam Gholami, and Vahid Ghadirzadeh are co-defendants with Vahid Sarkh Gol. The basis for their arrest and the formation of a legal case against them includes visiting the graves of Nader Jahanbani and some leaders of the Iranian monarchy, sharing photos of these visits on social media, and their connections with senior members of the constitutionalist party abroad. However, the legal charges presented to these individuals during interrogation and investigation stages differ.
Vahid Ghadirzadeh was arrested on August 9, 2023, following a raid by agents from the Sarallah Headquarters, affiliated with the Revolutionary Guards' intelligence, at his father's home in Tehran. He was then transferred to the security ward 2A located in Evin Prison for case processing.
It was reported that Ghadirzadeh's detention order was extended for another month earlier this week. He has completed the interrogation process and has been moved from ward 2A to ward 4 of Evin Prison.
On Monday, December 25, 2023, Vahid Ghadirzadeh, detained in ward 4 quarantine section of Evin Prison, will be tried by Iman Afshari, the judge of Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court. According to a notification sent to Vahid Ghadirzadeh, he is required to appear at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 25, 2023, at Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court to present his defense against charges of insulting the leadership, insulting sacred values, insulting Ruhollah Khomeini, assembly and collusion with the intent to disrupt internal and external security, propaganda against the regime, forming operational and combat groups with the intent to kill, promoting violence, teaching the making of Molotov cocktails, inciting street riots, connections with hostile networks against the regime, and waging war.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، طی روهای گذشته، وحید سرخ گل، محبوبه رضایی، علی اصغر حسنی راد، میثم غلامی و وحید قدیرزاده، فعالان سیاسی مشروطه خواه، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در بندهای عمومی زندان اوین، با توجه به درخواست اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران ـ بعنوان ضابط امنیتی پرونده و به بهانه انجام تحقیقات بیشتر، قرارهای بازداشت هر یک از این افراد به مدت ۱ ماه دیگر تمدید شده و این در حالی است که برخی از آنها از جمله وحید سرخ گل که از استان کرمانشاه به تهران منتقل شده از حق تماس تلفنی با خانواده خود محروم است و سایر متهمان این پرونده هم در وضعیت بلاتکلیفی و محروم از حقوق اولیه یک متهم بسر می برند.
سمانه نوروزمرادی، محبوبه رضایی، علی اصغر حسنی راد، میثم غلامی و وحید قدیرزاده ، سایر افراد هم پرونده با وحید سرگل هستند و مبنای بازداشت و تشکیل پرونده قضایی بر علیه آنها حضور در مزار نادر جهانبانی و برخی از سران پادشاهی ایران و انتشار عکسهای آن در فضای مجازی و ارتباط این افراد با اعضای ارشد حزب مشروطه خواه خارج از کشور عنوان شده اما مصادیق حقوقی تفهیم شده به این افراد در مرحله بازجویی و بازپرسی متفاوت است.
وحید قدیرزاده، در تاریخ ۱۸ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، در پی یورش ماموران قرارگاه ثارالله وابسته به اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران به منزل پدری وی در تهران، بازداشت و برای تشکیل پرونده به بند امنیتی ۲الف واقع در زندان اوین منتقل شده بود.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”قرار بازداشت آقای قدیرزاده هم شنبه هفته جاری به مدت ۱ ماه دیگر تمدید شد و او مراحل بازجویی را پشت سر گذاشته و از بند ۲ الف به اندرزگاه ۴ زندان اوین منتقل شده است.”
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز دوشنبه ۴ دی ماه ۱۴۰۲ وحید قدیرزاده، محبوس در اندرزگاه ۴ بند قرنطینه زندان اوین، توسط ایمان افشاری ـ قاضی شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، محاکمه خواهد شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”با توجه ابلاغیه ای که برای وحید قدیرزاده، ارسال شده این فرد باید ساعت ۱۰ صبح روز دوشنبه ۴ دی ماه ۱۴۰۲، از زندان اوین به شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، برای ارائه دفاعیات خود در برابر اتهامات توهین به رهبری ، توهین به مقدسات ، توهین به روح الله خمینی ، اجتماع وتبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت داخلی وخارجی ، تبلیغ علیه نظام ، تشکیل گروه های عملیاتی و مبارزاتی به قصد کشتار ، ترویج خشونت ، آموزش ساخت کوکتل مولوتوف ، دعوت به اغتشاشات خیابانی ، ارتباط با شبکه های معاند نظام و محاربه اعزام شود.”
