On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, Teimour Rezaeian, a resident of Tehran, was arrested by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence in the city and transferred to Evin Prison.
According to an informed source, after Rezaeian's arrest, he was taken to Evin Prison to have a case opened against him. In a brief contact with his family, he stated that he had been transferred to Ward 209 of the Ministry of Intelligence.
The source further added that since the agents confiscated Rezaeian's electronic devices, including his mobile phone and laptop, at the time of his arrest, it appears that the arrest may be related to his activities in cyberspace. However, as the interrogations have not yet been completed, his indictment has not been issued.

روز چهارشنبه ۲۲شهریورماه ۱۴۰۲، تیمور رضائیان، ساکن: تهران، توسط ماموران وزارت اطلاعات در آن شهر، بازداشت و به زندان اوین منتقل شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”ماموران پس از بازداشت آقای رضائیان وی را برای تشکیل پرونده به زندان اوین منتقل کردند و او رد تماس کوتاهی که با خانواده خود داشت اعلام کرد که به بند ۲۰۹ وزارت اطلاعات منتقل شده است.”
این فرد مطلع در ادامه افزود:”با توجه به اینکه ماموران هنگا بازداشت آقای رضائیان، لوازم الکترونیکی دیجیتال از قبیل گوشی تلفن همراه و لپ تاپ وی را توقیف کردند به نظر می رسد مبنی این بازداشت فعالیتهای وی در فضای مجازی باشد اما با توجه به تکمیل نشدن بازجویی ها هنوز کیفرخواست وی تنظیم نشده است.”
