According to the Baloch Activists Campaign, on Thursday, August 15, 2024, Shahram Nasiri, a resident of Khash in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, has been held in an uncertain situation at the detention center of the Intelligence Office in Zahedan for over nine days since his arrest.
The report states that the continued detention and deprivation of Shahram Nasiri from his basic rights as a defendant occurs while he has been pressured during interrogations to force him into actions he does not wish to take.
It is noted that Shahram Nasiri was arrested by security forces in Khash on August 7, 2024, and after being taken to the detention center of the Intelligence Office in that city, he was transferred for specialized interrogations to the central detention center of the General Directorate of Intelligence in Sistan and Baluchestan Province in Zahedan.
Additionally, it is reported that Nazila Irandegani, Shahram Nasiri's wife, was killed by a bullet fired by security forces during his arrest, and two other children and his cousins were injured.

On Thursday, October 31, 2024, Shahram Nasiri, son of Nader and a prisoner held in the central prison of Zahedan, was transferred without prior notice to the central prison of Kerman Province.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، در روز پنجشنبه ۲۵ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، شهرام نصیری، ساکن شهرستان خاش از توابع استان سیستان و بلوچستان، علیرغم گذشت بیش از ۹ روز از تاریخ دستگیری با وضعیت بلاتکلیف در بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات شهر زاهدان، بسر می برد.
براساس این گزارش، تداوم بازداشت و محرومیت شهرام نصیری از حقوق اولیه خود بعنوان یک متهم، در حالی است که در دوران بازجویی و با هدف اجبار وی به اقدامی که خود وی خواهان آن نیست تحت فشار قرار گرفته است.
لازم به اشاره است، شهرام نصیری، در تاریخ ۱۷ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان خاش، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات آن شهرستان برای بازجویی های تخصصی به بازداشتگاه مرکزی اداره کل اطلاعات استان سیستان و بلوچستان در شهر زاهدان منتقل شده است.
همچنین، گفته می شود، نازیلا ایرندگانی، همسر شهرام نصیری، در جریان بازداشت این شهروند بر اثر اصابت گلوله شلیک شده از سوی ماموران امنیتی جان باخته و ۲ فرزند دیگر و پسر عموهای وی نیز زخمی شدند.

به نقل از یک فرد مطلع:”انتقال شهرام نصیری، حدود ساعت ۳ بامداد و بدون اعلام قبلی به این زندانی از بند ۹ زندان مرکزی زاهدان به زندان مرکزی استان کرمان، صورت گرفت.”
