Yousef Shahlibar, a 5-year-old child of Ayoub, and his injured mother, Maryam Shahlibar, approximately 32 years old and the daughter of Yarmohammad, have been identified.
Sources reported that Yousef, who had been hit by five bullets, was transferred to the operating room after a delay of several hours due to the absence of a surgeon. Surgery was performed on him, and he was taken out of the operating room. However, he passed away after the doctor attended to his mother in the operating room.
Earlier, it was reported that Yousef's condition was critical and hospital officials stated that there was only one surgeon available. The child was dying due to the lack of a doctor, and his mother was currently in the ICU at Khatam al-Anbia Hospital in Iranshahr. The lack of adequate medical facilities at this hospital has raised serious concerns about the condition of the child and his mother.
Sources also mentioned that special unit forces fired repeatedly and directly at the vehicle carrying the family members, resulting in the pregnant mother and her 5-year-old son being shot. They were then transferred to the hospital, and the forces left without providing any explanation.

به گفته منابع حال وش: «یوسف که مورد اصابت پنج گلوله قرار گرفته، پس از تاخیر چند ساعته جهت انجام عمل جراحی در سایه نبود پزشک جراح به اتاق عمل منتقل و عمل جراحی بر روی وی انجام و از آنجا خارج شده ولی پس از آنکه پزشک بر بالین مادر وی در اتاق عمل حاضر شده، یوسف جان باخته است.»
پیشتر منابع گفته بودند: «وضعیت جسمانی یوسف وخیم است و مسئولان بیمارستان می گویند پزشک جراح فقط یک نفر هست و این طفل در سایه نبود پزشک در حال جان دادن است و مادر وی در حال حاضر در بخش مراقبت های ویژه ICU بیمارستان خاتم الانبیا ایرانشهر به سر می برد. نبود امکانات پزشکی مناسب در این بیمارستان، نگرانی های جدی درباره وضعیت این کودک و مادر را افزایش داده است.»
منابع حال وش همچنین عنوان کرده بودند: «نیروهای یگان تکاوری با شلیک پی درپی مستقیم به سمت خودروی حامل اعضای این خانواده باعث اصابت گلوله به مادر باردار و پسربچه ۵ ساله وی شده اند و پس از آن آنها را به بیمارستان انتقال داده و بیمارستان را بدون هیچ توضیحی ترک کرده اند.»
