Lian Darvish, a political prisoner held in Evin Prison, is currently serving her prison sentence. A source familiar with the situation reported that Lian Darvish has been serving her sentence since February 21, 2024. The source explained that the charges against Lian Darvish were based on photos found on her mobile phone where she appeared without mandatory hijab, as well as her activities on social media, which were deemed criminal by the interrogators of the Sarallah Headquarters of the Revolutionary Guards and the prosecutor.
It is noteworthy that Lian Darvish was sentenced to a total of five years in prison by the judge of the Tehran Revolutionary Court for charges of assembly and collusion, insulting the leadership on social media, and propaganda against the regime.
This social media activist, residing in Tehran, was arrested on January 3, 2018, after Revolutionary Guards intelligence agents raided her home, searched it, and confiscated some of her personal belongings. She was charged in connection with her participation in nationwide protests, and after undergoing interrogation and being formally charged, she was released on bail.
Lian Darvish was born in 1985 and is from Rasht, the capital of Gilan Province.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز شنبه ۲۶ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۲، لیان درویش، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان اوین، در حال سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری خود است.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”لیان درویش، از تاریخ ۲ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۲، در حال سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری خود است.”
این فرد مطلع در تشریح اتهامات لیلان درویش، اعلام کرد:”مبنی تشکیل پرونده بر علیه فعال فضای مجازی، عکسهایی بوده که وی بدون حجاب اجباری در گوشی تلفن همراه خود داشته و همچنین فعالیتهایی که در فضای مجازی می کرده، از نگاه بازجویان قرارگاه ثارالله سپاه پاسداران و دادستان، جرم بوده است.”
لازم به اشاره است، لیان درویش، در مراحل داردسی توسط قاضی دادگاه انقلاب تهران از بابت اتهامات اجتماع و تبانی ، توهین به رهبری در فضای مجازی و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام در مجموع به تحمل ۵ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.”
این فعال فضای مجازی ساکن تهران، در تاریخ ۱۳ دی ماه ۱۳۹۶، پس از یورش ماموران اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران به منزل وی پس از تفتیش منزل و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی اش از بابت اتهاماتی مرتبط با حضور وی در جریان اعتراضات سراسری، بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شده بود.
