On Sunday, 3rd of Farvardin 1404 (23rd arch 2025) Mr Kayvan Minooii, a citizen living in Marivan was arrested by security forces in the city and taken to an undisclosed location.
It has been reported that on 23 March 2025, Keyvan Minouei, a Kurdish language instructor from the village of Ney in Marivan County, was detained by security forces. Information regarding the legal charges and the location of Keyvan Minouei's detention is not available. It has also been reported that his mobile phone was confiscated by security forces during the arrest.
