Rouhollah SetarehMoshtari, a young man from the village of Qiyasabad, located in Chenarān, was seriously injured by a militarygrade bullet to the head on Wednesday night, 17 Dey 1404 7 January 2026 during protests in the city. He succumbed to his injuries shortly after. Initially, his family reported that government forces had forced them to hold a secret burial at 5 AM on 18 Dey 1404 8 January 2026 . They wrote, "Its not our right to have our brother killed and then be forced to bury him at 5 AM."

Later, the family announced that the burial would take place at 8 AM on Friday, 19 Dey 1404 9 January 2026 in Qiyasabad village, but due to the internet shutdown, it remains unclear whether the burial was able to take place or not.

Rouhollah was a young man who had been married for just one year. Only three days before his death, he had become a father to a son named Dajyar. He was just 26 years old.

«روح الله ستاره مشتری» جوانی اهل روستای «قیاس آباد» از توابع چناران بود که شب چهارشنبه ۱۷ دی ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات این شهر با شلیک گلوله جنگی به ناحیه سر به شدت زخمی و پس از مدت کوتاهی جان خود را از دست داد. در ابتدا خانواده او منتشر کردند که نیروهای حکومتی آنان را مجبور کرده اند ساعت ۵ بامداد ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ مراسم خاکسپاری مخفیانه برگزار شود و نوشتند: «این حقمون نیست الان دادشمون را بکشند و مجبور کنند ۵ صبح به خاک بسپاریم». در ادامه، خانواده اعلام کردند مراسم خاکسپاری او ساعت ۸ صبح روز جمعه ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ در روستای «قیاس آباد» برگزار خواهد شد که با قطع اینترنت مشخص نیست توانسته اند خاکسپاری کنند یا نه. «روح الله» جوانی بود که تنها یک سال از ازدواجش می گذشت و فقط سه روز پیش از کشته شدن، پدر فرزند پسری به نام «داژیار» شده بود. او فقط ۲۶ داشت. یادش گرامی
