Quoting Ali Roozbehani's brother: "I called 115, but the lady said they couldn't send an ambulance. We put his 190 cm tall body in the back of a taxi in the most horrifying and painful way possible and took him to Golestan Hospital."
Ali Roozbehani's sister, at the fortieth day memorial service of this protest victim, took off her headscarf and said: "The headscarf, which is a memento of Lady Fatima Zahra, has today become a tool in the hands of those who are your killers, tyrants. Those who shed the blood of the children of this country! I take off my headscarf!"

به نقل از برادر علی روزبهانی: «زنگ زدم ۱۱۵ اما اون خانم گفت نمی تونن آمبولانس بفرستن.
به فجیع ترین و دردآورترین شکل ممکن اون قد و قامت ۱۹۰ سانتی رو عقب یه تاکسی جا دادیم و بردیمش بیمارستان گلستان.»
خواهر علی روزبهانی، در مراسم چهلم این کشته شده اعتراضات تهران چادر از سربرداشت و گفت: "چادر که یادگار حضرت زهراست، امروز شده ملعبه دست کسایی که قاتلین تو، جانی و ظالم هستن. کسایی که خون فرزندان این مملکت رو میریزن! من چادرم رو در میارم! "
