According to Human Rights in Iran, on Wednesday, July 8, 2023, Javad Ahmadzadeh along with four national civil activists living in Tabriz, the capital of East Azarbaijan province, were charged by the Mousavi investigator after appearing in Branch 15 of the Tabriz Revolution Prosecutor's Office. These citizens were arrested by the security forces in Ardabil province late on May 18 of this year and released on bail after going through the interrogation process and explaining the charges.
According to this report, the initial charge against these citizens, who were released on bail, was (propaganda against the regime), but in this meeting, the investigation of the charge against each of these 5 national civil society activists (with the intention of disrupting the security of the country) ) changed.
Early in July 2023, they were summoned to Branch 15 of the Tabriz Revolution Prosecutor's Office after receiving written notices for investigation and explanation of charges.

In the middle of July 1402, they were summoned to Branch 15 of the Tabriz Revolution Prosecutor's Office after receiving written notices for investigation and explanation of charges.
After going through the process of interrogations and explanation of charges, Dawood Shiri, one of the arrested, who had a history of imprisonment in the past, was released on June 18, 1402, with a bail of 200 million Tomans.
On June 10, 2023, Javad Ahmadzadeh, along with two other citizens, were released from Tabari Central Prison after posting three bails in the amount of 400 million Tomans.
به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران روز چهارشنبه ۱۷ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲، جواد احمدزاده همراه چهار تن از فعالان ملی مدنی ساکن تبریز مرکز استان آذربایجان شرقی، پس از حضور در شعبه ۱۵ دادسرای انقلاب تبریز، توسط بازپرس موسوی، تفهیم اتهام شدند. این شهروندان، اواخر در تاریخ ۲۸ اردیبهشت ماه سال جاری توسط نیروهای امنیتی در استان اردبیل، بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام با قید وثیقه آزاد شدند.
براساس این گزارش، اتهام اولیه تفهیم شده به این شهروندان که از بابت آن با قید وثیقه آزاد شدند(تبلیغ علیه نظام) بود اما در این جلسه بازپرسی اتهام هر یک از این ۵ فعال ملی مدنی به (اجتماع و به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور) تغییر کرد.
اواسط تیر ماه ۱۴۰۲، با دریافت ابلاغیه های کتبی برای بازپرسی و تفهیم اتهام، به شعبه ۱۵ دادسرای انقلاب شهر تبریز احضار شده بودند.
پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، داوود شیری یکی از دستگیر شدگان که سابقه زندانی شدن در گذشته را هم داشته در تاریخ ۱۸ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۲۰۰ میلیون تومان، آزاد شد.
در تاریخ ۲۰ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲،جواد احمدزاده، به همراه دو تن دیگر از این شهروندان از زندان مرکزی تبری، پس از تودیع ۳ فقره وثیقه به مبلغ ۴۰۰ میلیون تومان آزاد شدند.
