Reports indicate that Zahra Haghighatian, a citizen who was assaulted in Shiraz on 24 September 2022, has been summoned to the Chabahar Public Prosecutor's Office. The reason for her summons is cited as not observing hijab and sharing images contrary to public decency.
It has been mentioned that Zahra, on her Instagram account, not only shares images of her paintings but also speaks about freedom. She had previously stated that she was subjected to violence by officers on 24 September 2022.
She had explained that she, along with her sister and a friend, was standing with placards at the Paramount or 15 Khordad intersection when special unit motorbike officers arrived shortly after. According to her, the officers first approached the individual standing with them holding a sign and severely beat him.
Zahra had added that she tried to tell the officers that they were only standing with placards and meant no harm, but the number of officers increased, and they surrounded them. She continued that after the individual was taken away, she and her sister decided to leave the area, but the officers continued the confrontation and began to assault her and her sister. While Zahra was trying to protect her sister, she was thrown towards the curb, and her backpack prevented a severe blow to her head.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که زهرا حقیقتیان، شهروندی که در روز دوم مهرماه ۱۴۰۱ در شهر شیراز مورد ضرب و شتم قرار گرفته بود، به دادسرای عمومی چابهار احضار شده است. علت احضار او به دادسرا، عدم رعایت حجاب و انتشار عکس و تصاویر خلاف عفت عمومی عنوان شده است.
گفته شده است که زهرا در حساب اینستاگرامی خود علاوه بر انتشار تصاویر نقاشی هایش، از آزادی نیز سخن می گوید. او پیشتر اعلام کرده بود که در روز دوم مهرماه توسط ماموران مورد خشونت قرار گرفته است.
او بیان کرده بود که همراه با خواهر و یکی از دوستانش با در دست داشتن پلاکاردهایی در چهارراه پارامونت یا ۱۵ خرداد ایستاده بودند و پس از مدت کوتاهی ماموران یگان ویژه موتورسوار به محل رسیدند. به گفته او، ماموران ابتدا به سراغ فردی رفتند که همراه با آن ها تابلو به دست ایستاده بود و او را به شدت کتک زدند.
زهرا افزوده بود که تلاش کرده به ماموران بگوید که آن ها فقط با پلاکارد ایستاده اند و کاری ندارند، اما تعداد ماموران بیشتر شد و آن ها را دوره کردند. او ادامه داده بود که پس از بردن آن فرد، او و خواهرش تصمیم به ترک محل گرفتند، اما ماموران درگیری را ادامه دادند و شروع به ضرب و شتم او و خواهرش کردند. در حالی که زهرا سعی داشت خواهرش را نجات دهد، به طرف جدول پرت شد و کوله اش مانع از ضربه شدید به سرش شد.
