It has been reported that on 4 February 2025, Aida Amoui, a resident of Sanandaj, was released from Sanandaj Central Prison after undergoing interrogation and being formally charged. Her release was secured with a bail amount of 6 billion tomans and is valid until the completion of legal proceedings.
Reports indicate that Aida Amoui was arrested by security forces in Sanandaj on 18 January 2025. She was transferred to the investigation branch of the Sanandaj Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office, then moved to the detention centre of the Kurdistan Province Intelligence Department, where she was eventually charged.
Despite her release on bail, there is no information available regarding the specific legal charges against her. It has also been reported that this civil activist had previously faced legal action due to her peaceful activities.
در خبری آمده است که در تاریخ 15 بهمن 1403، آیدا عمویی، اهل سنندج، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع وثیقه از زندان مرکزی سنندج آزاد شد. آزادی او با وثیقه ای به مبلغ 6 میلیارد تومان و تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی انجام شده است.
گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که آیدا عمویی در تاریخ 29 دی 1403 توسط نیروهای امنیتی در سنندج دستگیر و پس از انتقال به شعبه بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب سنندج، به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان کردستان منتقل و در نهایت تفهیم اتهام شد.
علیرغم آزادی با وثیقه، اطلاعاتی درباره مصادیق حقوقی اتهام وی در دست نیست. همچنین گزارش شده است که این فعال مدنی پیشتر نیز به دلیل فعالیت های مسالمت آمیز خود با پرونده سازی قضایی مواجه شده بود.
