صلاح بایزیدی، اهل روستای کانی باغ از توابع بخش لاجان در شهرستان پیرانشهر واقع در استان آذربایجان غربی، در وضعیت بلاتکلیف به سر می برد. او در تاریخ ۲۴ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲ توسط نیروهای امنیتی در منزل شخصی خود دستگیر و پس از تفتیش منزل برای تشکیل پرونده قضایی به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی در ارومیه منتقل شده است. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که او از حق دسترسی به وکیل و تماس با خانواده خود تا زمان اتمام بازجویی ها محروم است. تا زمان تنظیم این خبر، اطلاعات دقیقی از علت بازداشت و اتهامات منتسب به او در دست نیست.
