On the evening of Thursday 27th of October 2022, after public protests were held in Baneh city, repressive forces started shooting indiscriminately at them to disperse the protesters, and a number of protesters were injured as a result of the firing of repressive forces, and Mr. Saeed Peyro was shot by the repressive officers intentionally without attending the protests and died.
This informed source added: while Motaleb Saeed Peyro was returning home while he was riding in his car, suddenly two cars carrying IRGC forces stopped him and he saluted those two cars, but they first broke the window of his car with a stick and then shot him with several bullets. After being wounded, he reached the front door of his house, which was nearly two hundred meters away, and died after being transferred to the hospital.
عصر روز پنج شنبه پنجم آبان ماە ۱۴۰۱، پس از برگزاری اعتراضات مردمی در شهر بانە، نیروهای سرکوبگر برای پراکندە کردن معترضین اقدام بە شلیک کورکورانە بە سوی آنها کردند و شماری از معترضان در پی شلیک نیروهای سرکوبگر زخمی شدند و آقای سعیدپیرو به شکل عمدی بدون حضور در اعتراضات هدف گلوله مأموران سرکوبگر قرار گرفت و جان باخت.
این منبع مطلع افزود: مطلب سعیدپیرو در حین بازگشت به خانه اش در حالیکه سوار خودروی شخصی خود بود، ناگهان دو خودرو حامل نیروهای سپاه پاسداران جلوی مطلب را گرفتند و مطلب به آن دو خودرو سلام می کند، اما آنها بدون هیچ دلیلی اول شیشه خودرو شخصی مطلب را با چوب شکسته و بعد با شلیک چند گلوله ساچمه ای او را زخمی می کنند. او پس از زخمی شدن تا جلوی درب خانه اش که نزدیک به دویست متر فاصله داشت، می رسد و پس از انتقال به بیمارستان جان خود را از دست می دهد.
