On Saturday, September 30, 2023, Mina Jamshidi, a resident of Saqqez County in Kurdistan Province, remains in uncertainty 19 days after her arrest.
Mina Jamshidi is currently held at the Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation Center in Sanandaj, but she is transferred to the central detention center of the Kurdistan Province Intelligence Department for interrogation and then returned to the Correction and Rehabilitation Center after a few hours.
Moreover, 19 days after Mina Jamshidi's arrest, there is no information on the legal grounds of the charges against her.
It should be noted that Mina Jamshidi was arrested by security forces in Saqqez on September 13, 2023, and was transferred to the central detention center of the Kurdistan Province Intelligence Department in Sanandaj, the provincial capital, on September 15, 2023, for case processing and security investigations.
As of the time of this report, there is no information on the reasons for her arrest or the charges against Mina Jamshidi.

مینا جمشیدی در حال حاضر در کانون اصلاح و تربیت شهر سنندج بسر می برد اما برای بازجویی به بازداشتگاه مرکزی اداره اطلاعات استان کردستان منتقل و پس از چند ساعت مجددا به کانون اصلاح و تربیت بازگردانده می شود.
همچنین، با توجه به گذشت ۱۹ روز از تاریخ دستگیری مینا جمشیدی، از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات منتسب شده به وی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، مینا جمشیدی، در تاریخ ۲۲ شهریورماه ١۴٠٢، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان سقز، بازداشت و در تاریخ ۲۴ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، برای تشکیل پرونده و تحقیقات امنیتی به بازداشتگاه مرکزی اداره کل اطلاعات استان کردستان واقع در شهر سنندج مرکز آن استان، منتقل شد.
تا زمان انتشار این خبر از دلایل بازداشت و اتهامات مطروحه علیه مینا جمشیدی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
