در تاریخ 18 دی 1404 در بومهن، استان تهران، در اثر اصابت گلوله جنگی جان باخت. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که گلوله به مرکز صورت او برخورد کرده است. طاها به همراه والدین خود برای خرید از خانه خارج شده بود و در مسیر بازگشت، هدف تیراندازی قرار گرفت. خانواده تلاش کردند او را به بیمارستان برسانند، اما به دلیل بسته بودن درمانگاه نزدیک، او در درمانگاه بعدی جان خود را از دست داد.

Taha Houshyar, just 12 years old, was killed by live fire from the Islamic Republic security forces on Jan 8 in Boumehen.
On 8 January 2026, in Boumehen, Tehran Province, an individual passed away due to a gunshot wound. Reports indicate that the bullet struck the centre of the individual's face. The individual, identified as Taha, had left home with their parents for shopping and was shot on the way back. The family attempted to transport Taha to a hospital, but due to the closure of a nearby clinic, Taha passed away at the next available clinic.
