Following the completion of interrogations and the formalization of charges, Aram Shaban has been released from the prison in the city of Oshnaviyeh on bail.
On 6 August 2023, Aram Shaban, a resident of Oshnaviyeh in West Azerbaijan Province, was in a state of uncertainty and deprived of basic rights as a defendant, including the ability to contact family and clarify the status of his legal case. Aram Shaban was arrested in the early hours of 9 July 2023 by forces affiliated with a security agency in Oshnaviyeh. After the seizure of his mobile phone, he was transferred for interrogation to the central detention facility of that security agency in Urmia.

در تاریخ ۱۵ مرداد ۱۴۰۲، آرام شعبان، اهل شهرستان اشنویه از توابع استان آذربایجان غربی، در وضعیت بلاتکلیف و محروم از حقوق اولیه یک متهم برای تماس با خانواده و تعیین وضعیت پرونده قضایی خود به سر می برد. آرام شعبان در سحرگاه ۱۸ تیر ۱۴۰۲، توسط نیروهای وابسته به یکی از نهادهای امنیتی در شهرستان اشنویه بازداشت و پس از توقیف گوشی تلفن همراه، برای بازجویی به بازداشتگاه مرکزی آن نهاد امنیتی در ارومیه منتقل شده است.
