Mohammad Qaedi, who was detained during the Woman, Life, Freedom movement, was arrested by security forces without a summons or the usual judicial process. He was transferred to Sheiban Prison in Ahvaz to serve a one-year prison sentence. Reports indicate that on the morning of 5 November 2023, Mohammad Qaedi was arrested by security forces at his private residence and taken to Sheiban Prison in Ahvaz.
Previously, Mohammad Qaedi had been sentenced to one year in prison by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic of Iran on charges of "insulting sanctities." He was initially arrested on 2 November 2022 during the Woman, Life, Freedom movement and was temporarily released on bail pending the completion of legal proceedings.
محمد قائدی، از بازداشت شدگان جنبش زن، زندگی، آزادی، بدون ارسال احضاریه و طی شدن مسیر معمول قضایی، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و جهت اجرای حکم یک سال حبس تعزیری به زندان شیبان اهواز منتقل شد. گزارش ها حاکی از آن است که قبل از ظهر روز 14 آبان 1402، محمد قائدی توسط نیروهای امنیتی در منزل شخصی خود بازداشت و به زندان شیبان اهواز انتقال یافت.
محمد قائدی پیش از این، توسط دستگاه قضایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، بابت اتهام "توهین به مقدسات" به یک سال زندان تعزیری محکوم شده بود. این شهروند در روز 11 آبان 1401، در جریان جنبش زن، زندگی، آزادی بازداشت و پس از مدتی با تودیع وثیقه موقتاً تا پایان مراحل دادرسی از زندان آزاد شد.
