Saeed Qalijayi, approximately 22 years old, son of Karim, from the village of Rahman in Hirmand County, was stopped and arrested by intelligence and security forces at a checkpoint on the way from Zahedan to Zabol on February 8 while returning to his residence in the village of Rahman.
Sources say that during the stop, he stated he lacked identification documents and was seeking a birth certificate, but was arrested by security forces nonetheless.
Sources added that the family and relatives of this individual have visited the Zahedan foreign nationals camp and made numerous inquiries to learn about his situation. However, camp officials, citing the absence of his identity registration in the system, have claimed ignorance, and no clear information about his whereabouts has been provided so far.

سعید قلجایی حدودا ۲۲ ساله فرزند کریم اهل و ساکن روستای رحمان از توابع شهرستان هیرمند روز یکشنبه ۱۹ بهمن ماه هنگام بازگشت از زاهدان به محل سکونت خود در روستای رحمان از توابع شهرستان هیرمند در ایست بازرسی خروجی زاهدان به سمت زابل توسط نیروهای اطلاعاتی و امنیتی متوقف شده و بازداشت شده است.
منابع حال وش می گویند وی در زمان توقف اعلام کرده که فاقد مدارک هویتی است و از متقاضیان شناسنامه محسوب می شود اما با وجود این موضوع توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شده است.
منابع در ادامه افزوده اند: « خانواده و بستگان این شهروند با مراجعه به اردوگاه اتباع خارجی زاهدان و پیگیری های متعدد تلاش کرده اند از وضعیت او اطلاع پیدا کنند اما مسئولان اردوگاه با اشاره به نبود ثبت هویتی او در سیستم اظهار بی اطلاعی کرده اند و تاکنون هیچ پاسخ روشنی درباره محل نگهداری وی ارائه نشده است.»
