On Sunday, February 4, 2024, Eido Shah Bakhsh, Abdolghani Shah Bakhsh, Abdolrahim Ghanbarzehi Mirbloch Zehi, and Soleiman Shah Bakhsh, four political defendants imprisoned in Ward 12 of Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj, Alborz Province, were sentenced to death by Judge Mohammadreza Amoozaad Mehderiji, head of Branch 28 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran.
According to this report, the charges against Eido Shah Bakhsh, Abdolghani Shah Bakhsh, Abdolrahim Ghanbarzehi Mirbloch Zehi, and Soleiman Shah Bakhsh include acting against national security through armed struggle (rebellion) and forming a group with the intention of disrupting the country's security.
Additionally, Soleiman Shah Bakhsh, along with Abdolrahim Ghanbarzehi Mirbloch Zehi, was sentenced to death by a judge from the Criminal Court branch in another part of the same case for the charge of premeditated murder of Haji Nabi Ghanbarzehi and another individual with an unknown identity.
It is worth mentioning that Eido Shah Bakhsh, Abdolghani Shah Bakhsh, Soleiman Shah Bakhsh, and Abdolrahim Ghanbarzehi Mirbloch Zehi were arrested in 2016 by security forces on charges of premeditated murder.
After undergoing interrogation processes, Eido Shah Bakhsh and Abdolghani Shah Bakhsh were acquitted of the charges and released during the trial phase by the judge of the First Branch of the Revolutionary Court of Zahedan. However, they were arrested again a few months later by security forces.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، روز یکشنبه ۱۵ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، عیدو شه بخش، عبدالغنی شه بخش، عبدالرحیم قنبرزهی میربلوچ زهی و سلیمان شه بخش، چهار متهم سیاسی، محبوس در سالن ۱۲ زندان قزلحصار کرج مرکز استان البرز، توسط قاضی محمدرضا عموزاد مهدریجی ـ رئیس شعبه ۲۸ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، به اعدام محکوم شدند.
براساس این گزارش، اتهامات عیدو شه بخش، عبدالغنی شه بخش، عبدالرحیم قنبرزهی میربلوچ زهی و سلیمان شه بخش اقدام علیه امنیت ملی از طریق مبارزه مسلحانه ـ بغی ، تشکیل در گروه و دسته به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور عنوان شده است.
همچنین، سلیمان شه بخش به همراه عبدالرحیم قنبرزهی میربلوچ زهی در بخشی دیگر از همین پرونده توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه کیفری از بابت اتهام قتل عمد حاج نبی قنبرزهی و ی فرد دیگر ـ هویت نامشخص به اعدام محکوم شدند.
لازم به اشاره است، عیدو شه بخش، عبدالغنی شه بخش، سلیمان شه بخش به همراه عبدالرحیم قنبرزهی میربلوچ زهی در سال ۱۳۹۵ به اتهام قتل عمد توسط ماموران امنیتی، دستگیر شدند.
پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها عیدو شه بخش، عبدالغنی شه بخش، در مرحله داردسی توسط قاضی شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب زاهدان، از اتهامات منتسبه تبرئه و آزاد شدند اما برای دومین مرتبه چند ماه بعد، توسط ماموران امنیتی، دستگیر شدند.
