Reza Mostafaei, a resident of Dehdasht in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, lives with severe physical disabilities and spinal issues. He faced legal proceedings on charges of "propaganda activities against the regime." According to sources close to the family, his case involved allegations of graffiti and supporting the families of those who died during the protests in December 2025.
On 3 October 2026, after being summoned to the sixth branch of the prosecutor's office in Kohgiluyeh County, he was arrested and transferred to Dehdasht prison due to his inability to post bail of eight billion tomans. He had previously been summoned to the same branch on charges of propaganda activities against the regime. Reza Mostafaei was released from Dehdasht prison on Sunday, 25 October 2026, after meeting the bail conditions.
رضا مصطفایی، متولد ۱۳۸۰ و اهل دهدشت در استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، شهروند لُری است که با معلولیت شدید جسمی ـ حرکتی و مشکلات نخاعی زندگی می کند. او به اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» تحت پیگرد قضایی قرار گرفت . به گفته منابع نزدیک به خانواده، شعارنویسی و حمایت از خانواده های جان باختگان اعتراضات دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ از جمله موضوعات مطرح شده در پرونده او بوده اند.
در تاریخ ۱۱ مهرماه ۱۴۰۵ پس از احضار و حضور در شعبه ششم دادیاری دادسرای شهرستان کهگیلویه، به دلیل ناتوانی در تامین و تودیع وثیقه هشت میلیارد تومانی بازداشت و به زندان دهدشت منتقل شد. وی پیشتر از بابت اتهام فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام به شعبه مذکور احضار شده بود. رضا مصطفایی روز یکشنبه ۳ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۵ ، با تامین قرار کیفری از زندان دهدشت آزاد شد.
