Reports have emerged regarding Mohammad Taher Hosseinpour, a resident of Naqadeh County, who is currently detained in the county's prison. It has been reported that he remains in a state of uncertainty and is deprived of the basic rights of an accused individual.
Mohammad Taher Hosseinpour was arrested by security forces in Naqadeh County on 23 August 2023. He was initially taken to a detention centre of a security agency and, following interrogation procedures, was transferred to Naqadeh Prison. Since then, he has reportedly been in a state of uncertainty.
Despite the completion of interrogations and investigations at the branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Naqadeh County, the legal grounds for the charges against Mohammad Taher Hosseinpour have not been specified.
Previously, on 16 August 2021, this Naqadeh County resident was arrested by security forces. After undergoing interrogation and investigation, he was charged with the destruction of public property and participation in illegal protests, resulting in a sentence of one year and one month of imprisonment.
در خبری دیگر گزارش شده است که محمدطاهر حسین پور، اهل شهرستان نقده و محبوس در زندان آن شهرستان، همچنان در بلاتکلیفی و محرومیت از حقوق اولیه یک متهم به سر می برد.
گفته شده است که محمدطاهر حسین پور از زمان بازداشت و انتقال به بازداشتگاه و سپس ۴۰ روز بعد به زندان نقده منتقل شده و از آن زمان در بلاتکلیفی به سر می برد.
همچنین، با وجود اتمام بازجویی ها و بازپرسی در شعبه دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهرستان نقده، به مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات محمدطاهر حسین پور اشاره ای نشده است.
محمدطاهر حسین پور در تاریخ ۱ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲ توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرستان نقده بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی ها به زندان نقده منتقل شد.
این شهروند اهل شهرستان نقده پیش از این نیز در تاریخ ۲۵ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۰ توسط نیروهای امنیتی دستگیر و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و بازپرسی با اتهامات تخریب اموال عمومی و شرکت در اعتراضات غیرقانونی به تحمل ۱ سال و ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
